A man was arrested for a bank robbery attempt at Santee's Chase Bank after being identified by surveillance footage.
A man suspected of robbing a Santee bank this week was behind bars Friday following his arrest at the U.S.-Mexico border.
Video surveillance was obtained and deputies from the Santee Sheriff's Station identified the suspect from prior contacts. He was subsequently booked into the San Diego Central Jail for robbery.
