Ilia Malinin and the pair of Madison Chock and Evan Bates continued their long-term reigns at the top of U.S. figure skating on Saturday night.

Bay Shore siblings Oona and Gage Brown earned a score of 194.31 for sixth place in ice dance at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships on Saturday night in St. Louis. Three ice dance pairs will be selected to Team USA for the Milan Cortina Olympics in February. The final team lineup will be announced at 2 p.m. Sunday.

Three-time world champions Madison Chock and Evan Bates head into the free dance at the 2026 U.S. Prevagen Figure Skating Championships in 1st place. The duo compete with focus on the Olympic Games ahead of them while taking stock of their 15-year-long career.

Emilea Zingas and Vadym Kolesnik's upbeat rhythm dance to songs from Bell Biv DeVoe earned them a score of 85.98 and makes them a favorite for a spot on the Olympic team. Ukrainian-born Kolesnik only became a U.S. citizen this summer after nine years of training in the United States.
