The Pittsburgh Steelers have won the AFC North title after beating the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday night. Pittsburgh's win against the Ravens sends them to a 10-7 record. The Ravens' loss gives them an 8-9 record, meaning they will miss the postseason for the first time since the 2021 season, when the team also finished with an 8-9 record.
The Cincinnati Bengals are content to run it back with Zac Taylor at head coach in 2026. But the rest of the AFC North…the vibes are different. The Cleveland Browns fired Kevin Stefanski. Not long after, the Baltimore Ravens pulled the shocker by firing John Harbaugh.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are back on top of the AFC North. Pittsburgh clinched its first division title since the 2020 season with a 26-24 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, as Ravens kicker Tyler Loop missed a potential division-clinching field goal attempt as time expired.
Harbaugh took over the Ravens in 2008 and had a 180-113 record. He reached 12 playoffs, four AFC title games, and won Super Bowl XLVII. He leaves the winningest coach in franchise history by 100 victories and beat Cincinnati in four of the past five outings.
Mike McDaniel was fired by the Miami Dolphins on Thursday, but he may not have to wait long to find a new gig.
The Steelers deserve credit for winning the AFC North in 2025. But Pittsburgh has one fatal flaw that will cost them in the playoffs.
